How we’re responding to the coronavirus
At Arcadia, the health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority. We’re closely monitoring developments related to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impacts.
In addition to following the recommendations outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Washington, DC regional health organizations, we’ve taken a number of precautions to preserve the health and safety of our members, employees and larger community.
Our regular business hours have not changed and you can still reach our support team via phone, email, or online Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST for any requests regarding your Arcadia account. Additionally, we’ve put systems in place so that you receive all communications from your local utility regarding important COVID-19 updates. All important utility COVID-19 updates have been and will continue to be immediately forwarded to all Arcadia members.
As your clean energy advocate and energy efficiency resource, we’ve also compiled useful tips for conserving energy for those of you who may be spending more time at home and facing higher electric bills this month. You can also check to see your utility company’s payment policy under COVID-19 here and view your state and/or utility energy assistance programs here.
